I was expecting to see it flooded with coffins popping out of the ground like the original poltergeist movie

Kudos to Desmond ! Totally fascinating ! Thanks so much for uploading for us to enjoy ! If I ever make it back down to Los Angeles, visiting Hollywood Forever (and taking the tour hosted by author & film historian Karie Bible) are at the TOP of my bucket list !

Darin's boss?
@jubalcalif9100Ай бұрын
@@kendallevans4079 I was wondering about that too. Larry was a partner in the McMahon & Tate advertising agency on TV's "Bewtiched", but I don't recall them every showing or mentioning McMahon. Wonder if Samantha put a spell on him....

The grave of Carl "Alfalfa" Switzer is also at Hollywood Forever. Poor Darla was only 47 when she passed away.

Very clean and peaceful place. I go there every once in awhile. It's nearby Koreatown

Grew up just north of here on Bronson and La Mirada from 1965 - 1989. The strip mall frontage on Santa Monica Blvd really robbed it of its original stately dignity.

I grew up In Europe I went to school on the east coast of the US and I'm accustomed to hundreds of years ancient history histories of urban sprawl. By the time I lived in NorCal (PacHeights SF), and then SoCal, LSanta Monica for 2 years I was fascinated just looking at the last 50 years how much The Los Angeles vicinity Had become so had become so dense! Never thought I would live In southern California but now I'm so glad I did!

Why is this a story? I could give a rattatatui about anything that has to do with Hollywood to include its dead.
