Is there really that kind of movies he previously made successfully? I think that the movies have been lately quite WOKE. So, not his fault if he doesn't fill the boxes. Good to remember, too, that he is ageing like you and me. Furthermore, maybe he is not even interested in making anything else but movies which he really would love and find sort of important. He doesn't need money, he doesn't need fame, he has all that already and nobody can take it away. He has a lovely wife and children to enjoy his life with.

They are not there to relate to one group or another. They are there to carry out the US Constitution.

I don't like most celebrities either. What I wanted to get at though, was that that often politicians want to pit different economic groups against each other. Personally, I don't buy into there being "classes" in America. There different income levels, but the concept of class warfare was brought about by Karl Marx to pit people against one another. Many current politicians use "class" in the same way. Nobody running for president is dealing with the struggles of an average or low income. They need to be grounded in the Constitution. Relatability is only style, not substance.

To be a politician takes a lot of money with no guarantees so you cannot expect any of them to be able to empathise with the ordinary working family likewise the ordinary John or Jane would not have an inkling of life like "them that have "

I believe someone just told him he should stick to making TV shows, because he doesn't have the talent for making good movies. And that 'someone' is right so many times.

Maybe Trump should then stick to business and stay out of politics. With that principle we would have just politicians and presidents without any experience of normal working life, just people who have lived in a very special bubble.

I am shallow too. I would have gone to the wedding. No one there was bothered about the bride, it was the venue and the Grooms family and guests that were the draw. Apart from Oprah, The Clooneys and the Beckhams, who else was there that would be noticeable if they were seen walking down the street.

Why should exactly actors be some kind of idiots? All politicians including presidents have some background and in best case worked in the real World before running for the office. Many of those top actors have a high IQ and they can run very intelligent discussions if for example the interviewer is a right one.

Good looking, that was his ticket to fame, mind you it did help having Rosemary Clooney as his Auntie. He reminds me of the most beautiful wrapped under the Christmas tree and when it is opened it is filled with articles bought in the £1 shop.

I think that living some elsewhere might give valuable perspective and help you to see other ways to solve problems. If you live always in the same framework, your life experience use to be very limited.

Have you ever seen the books in Reagan's personal library? He was an avid reader, particularly about economics and government.. He especially loved the work of Frédéric Bastiat. He had a very good grasp of economics and government. Certainly, he got the best people he could (with the very notable exception of George Bush Senior, and perhaps another dud, here and there), but the success and greatness of Reagan did not come from other people. He made mostly good selections, because he was very knowledgeable about US founding documents, as well as the sources that had influenced them.

The fact that Clooney is awful off-sprit makes sense: actors are paid to recite the words of other people and not their own.
