The refrain part has a lot of common with FripSides “Only my Railgun” (Railgun Op1) that may the reason you think to have heard it the song is super catchy and embraces what Senchou is perfectly, Really hope for a Senchou anime show

A little bit of a background to the song, the song was made by a Touhou doujin group called IOSYS. Marine was a really-super-mega-amazing fan of the Touhou Project and to get a Touhou circle, a really popular one at that, make a song for her was probably a dream come true for her. Moreover, she even got a whole album (consists of 12 songs) arranged by beatMARIO (also pretty famous, known for making Night of Nights) and IOSYS, Hololive Fantasy also took part in the vocals. What I love about Marine is that she's not afraid to make fun of herself or do a silly voice if it means entertaining others, and this song really captures that.

I just got to say Ahoy at some points in the song reminds me of Only My Railgun

the refrain has similarities with only my railgun, that's why it's so familiar I think

Somebody already commented on the Only My Railgun resemblance, but there are at least two more: The ending of the refrain is the same as the ending to God Knows refrain, and the intro to the song is very similar to Mouretsu Pirates OP intro. I am genuinely interested how they resolved it copyright-wise, cause that's more than just a "resemblance", some of these sound like they are playing note for note >_>

The part that sounds familiar is probably because it sounds a bit like ''Only my Railgun'' by friPside from the To Aru anime. Some other parts seems to be inspired a bit from various Touhou songs (which makes sense considering it's Marine.)
