I love the NPC's lines when he gets hit. He gives you 2 chances to stop. After the second hit: "Do you even comprehend? The gravity of this choice?" After the third hit "Very well, if you mistake kindness for frailty of heart..." he then attacks back. I don't know many games that allow you to hurt NPCs. And Fromsoft has those NPCs actually attack you back. He isn't even being rude, just stating facts. Hearing Gura scream in regret was hilarious xD

So my friend was streaming to everyone in the Discord. We had just joked about him getting bitches because he spammed in a fighting game. Now 20 minutes later he starts playing this with all of us watching and then got hit with that line. The party went wild all 5 of us except him were laughing our asses off. I was drinking soda and that shit went through my nose and burned my nostrils but I didn't care. It was too damn funny. Once he asked if we were done after like 2 minutes of laughing we chilled out and told him to keep playing. Bro said “Fuck this nigga, where yo bitches at” and attacked him just to get his shit rocked right after and then we all started fucking dying again. When he killed the dude by doing some cheese and got called maidenless again we just kept laughing at him. All of us were in pain from laughing, my sides and cheeks hurt and I started crying from laughing so damn hard. Bro just said “Fuck yall” and left the call which lead to us laughing even harder than before. It was too damn good

For any new players, even if he calls you maidenless, never kill this dude, his quest is extremely important for rune farming and getting the chance to invade others as much as you please, Highly tempting to kill him but don’t, if anything I’ve learnt from fromsoft is never kill npcs

Here's the funniest part about this NPC, that dialogue is written directly by Hidetaka Miyazaki; Director of Elden Ring and CEO of From Software.

Now I see where their allignment stands. Gura and Irys is both Chaotic Evil since they lashed out in RAGE. Kiara and Calli are I feel Neutral Good since they laughed at the response. Ina is definitely Lawful Good since she looked at it in a positive way, lol.
