Thank you for including the link to the original video in your description so others may watch as performed. Miyako (last solo) is classically trained pianist from age 3 & plays Chopin's "Revolutionary Etude" in the middle of the concert. It's their only 'cover' song.

Your girl is Miyako with Midori on the other guitar and their riff battles and harmonizing riffs are legendary already after only being together for 3+ years. The drummer Haruna is a beast and at 4' 8' she is the one without the high heels. Miho on bass and Haruna came over from Destrose another super legendary all female band that has spawned a lot of other great bands (Mary's Blood, Fate Gear, etc..). These women are insanely talented and this was the opening act and is somewhat tame compared to some of their really hard power metal songs. They also do power ballads, mix in thrash metal along with pianos. Honestly, LIVE they are the best power metal band playing today and this concert is superb so pick what you want although Swan Song, Raise Some Hell, Holy War and everything else is just as sensational. Nice reaction and the stunned silence is the usual reaction from those who have never heard them before. If you want Rock go with Band Maid but if you want Metal then you have met your choice in Lovebites.

Lovebites are the real deal, five sophisticed women, all talentent musicians at the top of their game. 'Your girl' Miyako has been playing classical piano for 27 years and only picked up the guitar when she was eighteen and Midori, the other guitarist only started playing when she was twenty. They are now around thiry years old. Miyako also plays a pretty mean bass. Miyako also writes about half of their songs and writes all the arrangements for guitars, bass and drums. You can hear her classical influences in many of her compositions. Quote from an interview with Lovebites before their first gig outside Japan in London in late 2017. Journalist: So, originally there were four of you, and then Miyako came and joined. Now that she’s not here, you can talk about her behind her back, what has she brought to the band? LOVEBITES: So in terms of creating music or arranging, she’s really talented in that. So in the process of creating the music, her presence is really huge. Oh my oh my! Welcome to the lovebite train!! Where to start.... def go with Holy war and Raise some hell from the same live show. Mc wise but they do have live versions..Shadowmaker, Rising, Break the Wall, Hammer of Wrsth. The last 2 are the trashiest metal you’ll hear from them. There’s other like Epilogue & Swan song which ate teue power ballad and the angelic voice you hear from Asami will blow you away. There’s alot of them and they’ve only been together her for 3 yrs. Signs of deliverance and MDO, Bravehearted, Scream for me is also highly recommended but they may be taken down. I’m glad you finally listen to a REAL METAL BAND in today’s rock world. FYI, the guitarist you like is mine!! That’s my girl Princess Miyako. She’s a savant and sone say ice cold personality but will kick your ass in any instrument you could think of.

When it comes to guitar solos, this is my least favorite LOVEBITES song for them. Amazing song, but the solos are nothing special. Holy War is a great introduction to LOVEBITES, but you really can't go wrong with any song from them! You're in for a ride you'll never forget. Live performances are available for nearly every LOVEBITES song, just try to avoid Bloodstock performances as your first listen, the quality is really bad.
