Went out to Holly Oaks ORV Park for the first time since last June when I sprained my ankle on the Sandbox Track. Wanted to see what improvements they made to the park and run some laps on their tracks. They are definitely trying to improve drainage as well as will be opening another 65 acres of the park in July to a new section called "The Mines".

Got two try this place out on the motorcycle test day before it opened up, they had 2 badass motocross tracks then, looks nothing like how it originally was set up

Yeah "the sandbox" track was better before. Now it's full of rocks and pebbles. The bathtub is kind of lame. It's also loaded with rocks.

Its not that nice of park. But its still new. Hopefully they'll dial things in per area a little better. They dealt with a lot of washout early this spring.

Nice place to ride, looks like its relatively new. We have zero places to ride nearby its always a haul.

Yeah its not too bad for a fix. Lol they opened fall of 2020 and was realiticely nice, but its getting worse with all of the jeeps and sides by sides. So the place is getting a bit more rough to ride with a diet bike. ATVs are fine. But even these two tracks they made solely for dirt bikes and ATVs are starting to get used by the Jeeps and SXSs ans they digging up bigger rocks and making two tracks in areas. Real motocross tracks are graded regularly so theres a big difference. "The Mounds" footage that Ive posted videos of this year is pretty cool. The two sand areas are deff more geared towards dirt bikes and motocross style training. They have a lot more backwoods tracks for "woods/ single track" for dirt bikes on their 230 acres.
