@@charlieh9820 Yeah, but more control and burst healing for literally everything you do is way more efficient. If you can save your team from using cooldowns, then they'll survive far more.

Virture for burst portions of aoe and Faith for rot dmg because you dont need that extra kind of burst aoe healing

Yep I'm familiar with OmniCD... It's def a good idea... Part of the reason I don't have it is because I hate more stuff clogging up my screen... Even though Omni doesn't use up that much space, it's still less space to work with overall for me...

Yeah that's a great question... If you want pure damage for M+, I'm looking at the Fyrakk Rageheart trinket... For pure healing, Blossom of Amirdrassil is really strong. I haven't decided which route to take for my first Bullion.

Oh man, I honestly don't know... I really love them both... Right now I'd say the Veneration play style is more fun for me for sure! :)

Early on in a season, pushing content is much harder then you might think. A +5 is like a +15 from the old season, but you're behind on gear because it's a brand new season... So you can help fix that by indexing into more healing. Don't take Blessing of Summer, instead go for Merciful Aura's. In this key I take Beacon of Faith because I have a defensively weak class (the Hunter). This helps me keep him alive big time. However, generally speaking, Beacon of Virtue is MASSIVE for big group healing. It's really strong in every key and if you aren't using it and people are dying, I'd switch to it and see how that helps you. You just pop Virtue whenever 2+ allies start taking big damage and you'll have a good time.

Simply have the enemy in target and use mouse over macros or Clique for your heals. This is how you can do damage (incl. Hammer of wrath) and heal your group without switching.

Sorry, read it to late that you dont like mouse over. But i would like to encourage you to try. It will change everything

The just need an un-nerf from season 2. At least a little bit. But holy pal is in an awk position right now because its base toolkit has so much defensive and utility buttons that it makes it difficult to balance. It's why they were literal gods in S2

Lol, Sanctify is a Big Holy Word with a Cooldown. Comparing it to WoG is not fair or correct at all. Also, if your WoG is doing 100k crits then you're wearing green gear at low ilvl or something. My WoGs are critting for 340k. I'm comfortably healing +12's now and will keep climbing. If you just don't like Pally then you don't have to play it, lol, but don't say its objectively worse without actually knowing the numbers :)

@@ZucoWoW First of all, i am not saying it is bad, i mostly say it feels bad, an ugly designed spec. Based on your own log at ~500 ilvl (497 to be more exact) you did a max of 260k wog which was in wings and you do 166k crits on average so i guess without wings or trinket if you have any. And, it is fair to compare it to serenity as comparing your log on Algethar with mine on Algethar we did almost the same number of casts, you did 84 i did 85, but, my avg is 340k compared to your 130k average and my avg crit 533k with a max of 855k. The only thing that seems unfair is the healing of the paladin, i mained pally in S1 and S2 and all patches in legion ( i did not play shadowlands or bfa ). Believe me i like the "i am the healer with a big ass shield that stays with the melees" type of gameplay, but it currently has a bad design, you have to work for that 100k something healing while the beast mastery of healers just does 350k on a spell that is always there with the 4 set, and is even almost free of mana. They fucked up the class, making it play around cooldowns like tyr's deliverance instead of having amazing spot healing (like holy priest has now). They distroyed the class identity and it is completely not fun.

@@eptic-c The numbers I gave you for WoG were based on my current ilvl (510), so you're looking at old info there... Again, comparing Holy Words to WoG isn't correct. It doesn't matter if we had a similar number of casts, it's about the design of those abilities and what they are intended to be used for... WoG should be compared more to big Flash Heal then Serenity/Sanctify... Again those are big CD abilities. And the reason you can cast so many of them Is because your tier set bonus is constantly giving you resets on them from Renew... So in a different season without that tier set bonus, you'd be casting a lot less Holy Words... It's just not a fair comparison at all.
