Tokens dumping on the market during the bull results in short term opportunities to buy cheaper, they are almost always gobbled up, price recovers and continues its rise. Tokens dumping on the market in a bear run is when you see investors left holding the bag because nobody is coming in to gobble up the cheaper prices, the smart money has already left the market well before the token dump. Basically, token dumps should be taken into context the state of the market at the time of the unlock as well as who the tokens are going to.

Mate you really need to do WAY BETTER DEEP DIVES into tokens emissions and how it's paid for, does the token also release liquidity with the token unlocks to deflect price depreciation. What the price is before the unlocks and what vc's are invested in it

If price stays the same when tokens enter circulation but market cap increases. Wouldn’t more investment be required to increase price by an amount than it would if those tokens were not released. I see with some early altcoins that had large token unlocks between cycles. They find it difficult to get anywhere near their previous all time highs.

It sounds like, the circulating supply doesn't matter. But if you got a token cliff, you got a theoretical sell pressure, you can not deny that, right?

The sell pressure actually comes from retail anticipating most of the time, third-parties can dump on the day but from my research if it's a huge third-party unlock, the dump comes days or weeks later so they can accumulate more. You are 100% correct tho - C.S doesn't matter

These are all scammy tokenomics indeed, and practically all newer projects launch with similar ones. That said: I dumped all my SOL at $1.5 because I was worried about it's garbage tokenomics as well. So every now and then, a project pops up that might actually still be worth looking in to.

when sol was $250 it was max supply of 250MLN. Later they unlocked/minted more that's why even with higher market cap it is not above 200. else it would be $500 now

Your statements make sense, but you are going to be outsmarting yourself in the bullrun. When the retail money comes in, they aren't going to be doing deep analysis of where the token unlocks will be going - they'll just do very superficial looks and see a huge FDV and get scared away. You may be right, but will the dumb money think that far ahead or will they just stay away? I go for the projects that will be easy and attractive for retail money to understand, that includes attractive FDV

@@ShannonCrypto381 But he is correct, I checked that many coins were very cheap before with low marketcap and now their MCap is hugh but their per coin price is even lower than before. It's all bcoz heavy unlocks of tokens so the MC is distributed in all those extra coins including the older. This was the mazor issue behind heavy crash of Luna. If more than 50% Luna were unlocked while it was $100 then it was not possible to crash under $1. I was lucky to sell approx $90

TIA is over-rated and the fact is hyped across the verse won't change my opinion. Sure you can buy a project into 90% of supply being vested in next years with 40% in the next 2, meaning 5x current supply for my crypto peak time window of 12-18 months. Sure my example isn't exact, anyone can check the estimated figures in 5 minutes but with so many assets that look, feel and are arguably better, pleaee spare me your TIA hype. Be my guest and pour your cash into that, got better things to buy

I don't buy fake comments. What you're witnessing is what happens on EVERY channel relating to finance, especially crypto. Why would I buy fake comments that told people to buy some coin I've never heard of? Apply some logic to that. If I was going to buy comments or views (which I would never as this literally kills your channel) then I would request they at least said "subscribe to No BS Crypto, he's the best"???? @@gerbos7199 Hbar never said there was a direct Blackrock partnership or even that Blackrock chose them. They phrased it accurately and correctly, that Blackrock has one of their MMF’s tokenized on Hedera (which is true) but that it was done through collaboration with Archax. What’s false about that? Blackrock did come out and say there is no direct partnership with Hedera but that’s not because Hedera said there was, the press was going nuts and crypto twitter was saying they were chosen and so they had to clear it up. Regardless a Blackrock MMF is currently tokenized on Hedera
