In the world of anime, you must never mess with the old, frail looking white haired dude. He's the equivalent of certain death...
@lordfrieza37924 ай бұрын
Unless you're the main antagonist of a sequel. Then he's definitely going to lose to you, probably die to you in an awesome heroic way, but his defeat will set in motion a series of events that will ultimately set another younger and even more powerful character to be your undoing.
@southernflight50784 ай бұрын
@lordfrieza3792 que in the scene where we're introduced to his student we knew nothing about, but that definitely existed throughout season 1's run. And then we get some flashbacks that prove he was also part of ensuring season 1's big bad was taken down. But was left out because "it wasn't important back then" or "just trust me bro".

@saygerow4 ай бұрын
@@hijous i dont think anyone would trust disney since they keep wanting to screw with classics and make them worse under the pretense of inclusivity like making white characters black, making clearly straight characters gay, and making characters who's gender is clear as day into genders they are not, disney needs to stop doing remakes and just create whole new stories that are factually for the groups they are pandering to like with black characters they have their own stories to tell and their own marks on history to fulfil so disney needs to tell their stories without just taking another story and race swapping it
@france-gall4 ай бұрын
@@saygerowi agree with everything you just said, but you have to remember that disney is a corporate body and they don't care about how any of you feel about your childhoods or your nostalgia, they don't care about political correctness contrary to the recent changes being made to classics, and they definitely haven't cared for a while about telling a good story. they know what they are putting out will make them billions, and that's all they need. that's their only goal. i wish people would just give up on disney as a concept--i've never been a fan and even i can tell it is NOTHING of what it used to be, it's inching toward dystopian content farm territory.
