Lost and rare recipe এর অনেক রান্নাই দেখেছি, কিছু রান্না চেষ্টা ও করেছি,শুভজিৎ বাবু ভীষণই প্রশংসিত উদ্যোগ নিয়েছেন, বর্তমান বাজারে যে হারে বিদেশী খাবারের রমরমা বাড়ছে, সে দিকে নজর রেখে বাঙালির এই হারিয়ে যাওয়া রেসিপি গুলো উনি যে ভাবে তুলে ধরেছেন তার জন্য উনাকে ধন্যবাদ।

It's important that you taste all the items and let the cook explain the stories behind them. He is fantastic at telling the history of those foods he prepared and connecting the audience through that. This episode would be much more interesting if the two reviewers didn't keep saying "Khabona, Khete parbona" etc

এত বৈচিত্র্যময় সব খাবার দেখে তো ‌লোভ সংবরণ করা মুশকিল। এই সব ব্যাঞ্জন তৈরীর প্রস্তুতি ও পরিশ্রম যে কতখানি সেটা আমরা যারা নিয়মিত রান্না এক্সপেরিমেন্ট করি এবং করতে ভালোবাসি তারাই বুঝি। অথচ এত আয়োজনের পর খাওয়াটা নিমেষে শেষ হয়ে যায় তাই না? কোথায় ও কি ভাবে খেতে পাবো এবং কিরকম দাম একটু যদি জানতে পারতাম ভালো হতো। আমি আপনার অত্যন্ত ভক্ত একজন মেম্বার। নমস্কার জানালাম।🎉

I wish they didn't keep rejecting dishes like they did especially from someone who took such efforts to bring them dishes that they would probably never have again in their lives. The chef should have been given full liberty to explain all his dishes. This is was below par from Foodka standards. Please redo this episode
