Come along with us as we visited the cutest little home decor shop on our trip to southern Illinois. They had a great variety of vintage finds mixed among modern home decor items. They had several very creative displays including their customer check out counter!!! It was made with a vintage MG car!!! So unique!!! We love shopping small when we travel and I am so glad we made the stop here! Great shop and if you are ever in Edwardsville, Illinois stop in this little shop, Vintage 71!!!

Very clever to use a car like that! Keeps the men busy checking it out so they won’t rush us. 😊 Love the cabinet with the ceiling tile door. A very fun looking shop. Thanks for sharing.

I could peruse that shop several times before letting myself leave it! So very many cute items. I saw several things that I think would fit so nicely in my eclectic home. thanks for taking us along on another sweet video, and once again, the music you've picked was perfect!

I love they thought outside of the box for the store counter!! I did get a pretty fairy wind sculpture that I saw as soon as we walked up. It's so pretty I just love it!!! Good evening Lynn! What a wonderful shop! Where do I begin: the tobacco baskets, the bird houses, the metal sculptures, the candle holders, and the chimes!!! I love the sound of chimes in the wind!! Aww, thank you friend!! I love wind chimes too!! I have mostly "gentle sounding" ones here outside! I also have a cute silver plated utensils one hanging inside at my kitchen window!! Thanks for checking in on me Julie!!! I'm ok. Having some some computer issues and trying to get that solved so I can get back to my videos! Will have more tours, projects and hauls with ideas once I get this all working right! Also working to get a family food channel going if you are interested in that! Lots of good real food ideas, chit chat and recipes and such with some vintage cookware/dishes mixed in! It is O'Connell's Cookery if you are interested.
