I have two of these one in my master bedroom and one in my living room and I can not figure out how to change the frequency on the remote system. It’s frustrating not being able to figure this out on this specific unit.

Contact the actual manufacturer. They have a procedure to change the code for each fan. 🤞

Does the green light on the remote flash rapidly when pressing any button, or is it a solid green? Wondering if the flashing rapidly means battery is low. Because it only works 10% of the time on my remote.

Installed the same fan recently. The fan and light works, but light dimming function doesn't. Any info what might be the problem?

The remote control could be damaged. You can call them & try to get a replacement. 🤞

Any idea how to pair the remote to the fan? I have these fans in the whole house and each remote is controlling every single one

LOL.....Yes. I originally had the same issue. Contact the manufacturer & they will send you the procedure to program each one. 🤞

@@DiyRick66 we just moved into a new build and were freaking out because the fans kept turning on and off by themselves. The kids were controlling our fan, we were controlling theirs without knowing.. it was a mess lol

@@digital_0630 Same here. It is a fairly easy process. Just make sure all electric switches are turned off except the 1 you are programming. They will send you a complete procedure how to do it. If not maybe later I can do a follow-up video. 👍
