Hi, I’m Darin Bjerknes with Minnesōtan brokered by eXp I can’t wait to show you this one.
Now, this home was designed for this specific lot so that it takes advantage of this wonderful setting.

Now that’s a great start to a day.

Moving on we have the 3rd and 4th bedrooms along with another full bathroom.
The next space may be my favorite in the house and it's on the 3rd level…I think I would call it the eagle's nest…follow me…oh and take a look at the view overlooking the dining room. As we make it into the “eagles nest” we’re surrounded by windows, we have another vaulted ceiling and a large walk-in closet. This space is currently being used as an office otherwise this is the 5th bedroom.
Okay, now that we’re done with the inside, let’s head outside to check out the beautiful lot and the lake access.
As we walk out onto the deck that surrounds the whole side of the house we have gorgeous views of the yard and Lake Ria. You’ll also see that we have a newer fenced area that is perfect for keeping in your young ones and pets.
The deck was also recently stained and the roof is also fairly new. Alright, let's head down to the lake! I always love being next to a body of water because one can have their own ice rink in the winter and a place to canoe in the summer. Either way, this type of home and lot is pretty tough to come by in Woodbury.
