Love all of them and your enthusiasm for Home Free. Edit to add: I also didn’t see “Yours” or “Cover me Up” either-both are two of my favorite songs that Chance leads.

I believe this was the first song I heard by Home Free, and I can't tell you how many times I listened to it in a row! Couldn't get enough of their harmonies.

Always happy to see you react to Home Free - and great to see you enjoying this so much. I think O Holy Night is absolutely gorgeous, and perhaps a little more traditional, with less of the "jazzy" chords and unexpected feel that this arrangement has. They are both great, but in slightly different ways. Yes - they were filmed at the same church in the Rupp brothers' home town of Mankato. There are two other songs they did live during the Church Sessions that they did in 2019 - Go Rest High, but also versions of It's a Great Day to Be Alive and Tim's original , It Looks Good. But they're much more pop-country, as opposed to the more choral 5-part harmony of the ones you mentioned.

I just watched a video of Chris Rupp talking about the making of this video and it is indeed the same church (Sisters of Notre Dame in Mankato, Minnesota) just a different portion of it. Chris focused on the low harmonies but I agree with you, Austin sounds just angelic.

Loved it! I don’t think you’ve done anything from their 2009 album, Kickin It Old School. The group at that time was original members Chris and Adam Rupp, and Matt Atwood (high tenor), plus Rob Lundquist and Elliot Robinson as the bass. I highly recommend King of the Road (Elliot on lead), Under the Boardwalk (Matt), Stand By Me (Rob), and Blue Moon (Matt).

This arrangement's minor-chord dissonance and phrasing have a huge Take Six feel for me. Always loved it - thank you. And not only does Austin sound angelic, his face looks so angelic in this one too.

That statement of hate was one of the most honest things I have heard come out of a Home Free reactors mouth...I think it is natural we hate the fact most of us will never be close to being as good as they are haha. Whomever complained about the hat in church must be an urban dweller. While it is traditional for men not to wear a hat in the church, nothing in the Bible mentions that & a lot of farming community churches have some guy's wearing their hats/caps in church. Plus, they weren't there for a church service! It was a beautiful background for a beautiful music video! And anyone following HF knows that Chris always wore his had when he sang w/them to cover his baldness! 🤗😉 With so much more to worry about in this world, the last thing I'd be worried about would be some guy wearing a hat in church. Geezo. 😒
