Here is my home gym tour in Costa Rica…
If you can't get fresh heart & liver in your diet, try our 100% grass-fed desiccated beef organs at Heart & Soil: shop.heartandsoil.co/products...
And if you truly want to thrive, make meat and organs the center of your diet. This is why I created Lineage Provisions. Giving you real foods in the most convenient way. Check us out: lineageprovisions.com/psmdyt
I love focusing on functional movements that improve my ability to surf while keeping me mobile and strong at any range...
Movement is vital for both mental and physical health...
Spend more time in nature, play a sport you enjoy with your friends or simply walk daily in the sun...
Movement and animal foods are key to radical health...
It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy…
This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...
Check out my ANIMAL-BASED CALCULATOR here: www.paulsaladinomd.co/ab-guid...

Hello Paul! Im 14 years old. I just wanted to thank you for raising awareness on the animal based diet. I don’t eat grains, spinach, seed oils and all of that stuff. Since I eat like that I don’t have brainfog, I have much more muscle mass, I do better in my studies, I am much more concentrated in my basketball trainings. So yeah I just wanted to thank you. 🙏 👍 Edit: Raw milk is one of the most delicious things🥛

You have the healthiest, most versatile, and commonsensecle looking body bro, and actually looks attainable for the average human. I'm so tired for large other KZfaqr fitness bros who have biceps and calf muscles that threaten to tear their skin and look like there should be an air valve for inflation. One last thing as I just finished the video I didn't like the beef sticks very much even though I still choked them down as they are clearly the most nutrient dense ones you can get. I was only able to tolerate them if I ate one of yours and then one from Paleo Valley alternating. Could you add some kind of spices to one of them like jalepeno and possibly anything as a sweetener? They are just a tad hard to choke down for a regular person I would say if left the way they are.

Hey Paul, I really enjoy your content along with the content of others providing education on carnivore/animal based diets. There is a topic I never see anyone discuss, probably because it's difficult to provide a good solution...maybe you can help create one. How can we find a primary care physician that knows and cares about nutrition and doesn't immediately look at high LDL numbers and freak out. I'm 43 and in decent health. I rarely visit the DRs office and I haven't had a Primary Care Doc in many years. I would like my physician to look like the level of physical fitness and health I'm trying to reach. Unfortunately most of the doctors I've seen are overweight. It would be great if there was a website that listed doctors that think like you, or some "identifier" that could list on insurance websites that show they care about nutrition. Any recommendations on what to ask a doctor on the first visit to know if they're a good fit? Thanks!

Paul, great video! Been watching you for years! When I fast, I don't have any inflammation, but as soon as I eat my first meal of the day at 12pm (I eat two meals a day), the inflammation comes back? I eat beef chuck roast which is grass-fed and very high quality, so I am not sure why the inflammation comes back, it has improved so much since I went strict lion diet due to my autoimmune disease. I want to also add soon some fruit back but just on this strict elimination diet for now. Been on a strict lion diet now for 4 months.
@Paulsaladinomd
@Paulsaladinomd 2 ай бұрын
Carnivore diets can be a powerful short term intervention but I don’t think they’re optimal long term. I also don’t think you should fast… it’s very stressful on your body. There is no need to fast for optimal health. Gradually reintroducing healthy carbohydrates from fruit and honey will be helpful as well. Experiment with different fruits and see what makes you feel your best. I think you can start around 100-150g of carbohydrates per day and see how you feel.

I will add, it's unlikely you will feel less inflammation from eating until the thyroid picks up, increasing digestion and motility. This won't happen overnight, but eating enough calories and increasing the carbs should help over time!

@@izabelalis0202 I'm not an expert but I'd recommend eat your first meal early, and include carbohydrates and plenty of salt, perhaps iodized, at this meal. I drink a lot of OJ personally. You could supplement, but I'm trying a more natural route getting B vitamins from fruit and OJ, very low thyroid may benefit from certain vitamin B supplementation. You can take your after meal temp and adjust accordingly, you want a raise in temp after a meal, definitely not a drop. I was running 95 often, after focusing on increasing metabolism I often hit 98.6 by the end of the day! I'm getting all of this from Ray Peat
