This is by far the best UK gym tour on KZfaq. The others are either heavily sponsored or absolutely gross Frankenstein gyms crammed full of rusty dumbbells and random machines from the 1970s. This is really well thought out, aesthetic and functional.

Looks so good Zanna - your patience and hard work have paid off. I'd definitely consider getting one of those air con machines that doubles up as a heater we have one and they are amazing

This is literally goals!! Since the pandemic I have been converted into training from home and I keep pinning different ideas 😂 going to be manifesting this so much! So I’m guessing you are a convert too? I mean I’m not dead set against going to the gym but if I can just roll out of bed and get it done then I will 😂

Zanna, Sweet setup! I hope this means you will finally do some barbell with a bench workouts, esp for legs! (barbell hip-thrusts, deadlifts etc.) 🦵💪🏋️‍♀️

@@ZannavanDijk Thanks for letting me know, following you on Instagram now, but it's still all dumbbells' and kettlebells, no barbells. Some of us have benches and barbells. So frustrating! 😥I want to do legs with you, but it's not difficult enough. Oh well, you are still my go to ab person and hiit person!

Wow, extremely nice home gym. We have a much more toned down version in our basement, but nevertheless, so grateful to not be dependent on going to a gym every day. BTW, fake plants are my #1 choice since I don't want to kill any more real ones :) And love to see more rooms as inspiration (I already painted one of our doors dark because of you guys;).
