House loan ki emi lo principal +interest kattina, interest rates same undav for 15 years. 9% tho start aina interest 15 years lo 20 to 30% avvachu kada. Dani valla nastame khada

100000 lakh 12%rate repayment at 1year or 100000 lakh bank loan 9% 12 E M I WHICH LOAN IS beter

12% means 1000rs interest per one lakh i.e 100000+12000=112000rs 9% means 750rs interest per one lakh i.e 100000+9000=109000rs 9% interest rate is better than 12% interest rate
