Your valve will probably do the trick but I wired in a PWM in the cab of my UTV to adjust voltage without wasting it with a potentiometer. Also saves wear and tear on the pump motor instead of pushing against the semi closed valve and gives me infinite control over spray pressure. This is a good little example of building what you can with what you got. Good job!

Nicely done. For both the sprayer and the correct use and intonation of the rural word "Shtuff"! Must be some country Irish in the blood line there somewhere I reckon!

I really like this am using a old water tank from a rv as my tank and a small tow trailer that went with my lawn mower.

Not bad however I do see one problem you have no way to raise or lower the booms! That might be required if you have to go through a gate. Also the addition of a remote switch as some one else said. I can even be a old light switch also you could get fancy and put in a trailer light plug and mount that on the back of the ATV and wire it though the ATV and hook it to the battery! Just hook up the trailer plug in the pump & pull it to the spray location throw the switch and happy spray time! :)

Great set up! Couple questions, about how high from ground is your boom, type of nozzles and nozzle spacing.
