Durust farmaya👍👍. Ajeeb govt. aaee hai, larai, danga, fasaad, dosron ko takleef denay se fursat hee nahi to eh dosti ka kia sochenge🤔🤔. Donon taraf k log apnay piyaron se milnay ko taras gae hain magar FASADI logon ko jhagra fasad se frsat hee nahi🤦‍♂🤦‍♂🤦‍♂🤦‍♂. I live in Karachi snd I am not Gujrati but I love Gujrati food😋😋. Bajray kee muthiya, Mutton Biryani and gehoon ya daliya k gurr walay laddoo bhi kamal kee dishes hain👌👌. I respect Gujraties, happy go lucky people🙏🇵🇰.

Yeah, I'm a kathiyawadi, and I feel it's oily,too. But it's the way it's made. You can't handle this kind of food every day unless you are a hard worker. Farmers like to eat this kind of food because they can digest it. But for the taste it gives, it is totally worth it. 😋

મહેરબાની કરીને એલ્યુમિનિયમ ના વાસણ ને બદલે સ્ટીલ ના વાસણ નો ઉપયોગ કરવા ની વિનંતિ કારણ કે સ્વાસ્થ્ય માટે. એલ્યુમિનિયમ હાનિ કારક છે અને સ્ટીલ ના વાસણ જીંદગી સુધી ચાલશે. ધન્યવાદ

I was thinking the same thing! The scraping against aluminium with a metal spoon releases microbeads into food and has proven links to Alzheimer’s and dementia! The old way of cooking in pottery vessels still rings true. It’s commendable that they are keeping the tradition alive, but the aluminium is a step too far for me too. We even get pottery pots and other vessels in Essex now, so there’s no excuse in India! The food is divine though!

Very hygienic woman chef. But the food is floating in oil. It is very obvious any food without oil is not tasty.Delicious food and hardworking women. Love the natural live cooking on wood.

Ma Nanu was a kathiawadi as he was born there lived there but my nani was from Rann of kuch .spoke Kutchi language...so I'm privileged have tasted best of food from her.God bless their soul.Aaneen.❤❤❤

Both are neighbours- separated by a river! And Kutch being arid, the women were very inventive with what little was available! But then again, hardships always provided extraordinary tastes! You were blessed to try both cuisines!

Vah joine maja aavi gai.. Hotelvada aa j vastu na 3 gaba bhav leta hoy che. Tame pan bahuj ocha bhav ma aapo cho... Aavu jamvanu tau gher na loko pan potdna gher mate nahi banave... Dhanya che tamne...tamara bhojan ne 5 star rating aapva ma kai j khotu nathi.. Khas tau tamaro bhav khub sacho che.. loko fakt kamava mate j khavdavta hoy che che..
