ये मैने एक साल पहले बनाया था पर मैने ईस डब्बे में तीन ईंटें रखी बाद में युज कीया उससे हीट भी अच्छी खासी मीलती है ओर कोयला भी कम लगता है पर आपने मुजसे अच्छा बनाया है 👌👌👌

For coal.. lower ventilation is must. Try to burn coal on plate. It will not long lasting

It'll help ventilation inside the tandoor to control the temp. if you apply some holes on both sides with a flap provision.
