GRANOLA RECIPE:
8 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Pecans (optional)
1 Cup Walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut (optional)
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Cup Maple Syrup (If you add a little brown sugar, cut back a bit on the maple syrup)
Bake at 325 for 20 min., stir and flatten halfway through.

LEMON BARS RECIPE:
12 TBS butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar (i usually use a little less, closer to 1 cup)
4 TBS all-purpose flour
6 TBS lemon juice
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9X13 baking pan. Beat butter for 30 seconds until smooth; add the 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt, beating till fluffy. Stir in the 2 cups flour. Pat dough onto bottom of pan. Bake in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes until starting to get golden. Meanwhile, beat eggs; add remaining 1 1/2 cups sugar, 4 tbs flour, lemon juice, and baking powder. Beat 3 minutes or till slightly thickened. Pour over baked layer. Bake in 350 oven 25-30 minutes longer or till light golden brown around edges and center is set. Cool. Sift powdered sugar over top. Cut into squares.

Just a tip for shredding cheese: you can either shred directly into the bag or I like to shred over a piece of parchment or wax paper, so I can just pick it up and dump the little pieces into the bag. :) I love your videos, they are so calming and inspiring!

I love all your decluttering and organizing tips. I'm elderly so I find it hard to reach the back of shelves etc. So I took everything out of my lower cabinets and put them in plastic bins so I can just slide the bin out and take out whatever I need. When I first did this, I found dishes and small appliances that I didn't even remember I had in the far back of the lower kitchen shelves! I also used your decluttering tips for organizing my kitchen drawers and it makes it so much easier to find things. Keep up the good work!

We love grating our own cheese too! I use one of the cheese graters with the round grater, and handle that you spin. They work SO FAST! It’s one of my favorite purchases for sure. Love how the floating shelves turned out!

Congrats on your applesauce! So satisfying! I was taught to quarter the apples and throwing them in a stock pot (skin, seeds and all) with a little water so they don't scorch. Cook down and run thru food mill. No peeling necessary! Freezes well too if you don't have time to can ❤️ but canning is so rewarding!

I do a bushel of summer rambos every summer for applesauce. We cook ours with a little water so it is not thick. We do put sugar in ours and we blend it in the blender until it is completely smooth. It is alot of work and kind of a sticky mess but it is well worth it. Glad to see you are canning. We are so used to our applesauce that we can't eat whats in the stores. Really enjoy your videos. Hannah I loved buying our staples foods we use a lot of and I have huge plastic bins and like you I fill up my cupboards single containers and in each container I have the vintage stainless steel scoop in each large bins. Love watching your storage vidoes gives me motivation to add to my storage containers .

I love watching your organizing tips. I've started purchasing some organization items to help with my pantry and spices. We also love the bag salads from Costco. I cook up hamburger and add taco seasoning, a can of kidney beans, and tomatoes to the Mexican Street Corn salad. It makes a wonderful taco salad.
