We Texans are for sure not prepared for this cold freezing weather. Our whole neighborhood has been without power for 3 days and counting. We can’t even enjoy the snow cause there’s no way to warm up afterwards. We can handle the cold...we’re Texan but no electricity is no joke! Y’all please send positive thoughts and prayers our way...we sure do need them.

I just did my fridge this week and love the egg container the most. I feel like the containers for sodas not only give more room but they keep me from knocking them over all over the fridge. Lol

Urgh I’m sorry ♥️ I know !! It’s so crazy .. we had a HUGE snow storm here yesterday and it’s like no big deal cause we just have the systems to handle it. You guys shouldn’t have to deal with this ❄️ 😆 Sending lots of warm hugs 🤗

Baking soda a box cracked open in the fridge & freezer does help with the smell. Change every 3 months!!!make sure you put expiration date on the egg container. I use those containers in my fridge & pantry!!! Love em.

I’m from Noth Texas: the issue isn’t that it’s cold outside. No, we aren’t use to -3 degree (f), but that would be fine IF the entire state wasn’t without power. Our homes aren’t insulated for that, water pipes aren’t insulated for that, and electrical grid wasn’t built for those temps. so people are in their 40-50 degree homes with no food , water, or power, with children and pets. Our electricity came back on last night and hasn’t gone out again, fingers crossed. All our refrigerated food is ruined, but grocery stores and restaurants are still closed. For reference, last year it didn’t even snow 1 day.

In the UK anything like a sweater or knitted sweater is a jumper (we tend to wear knitted ones more than fleece or cotton), if it has a hood then it's a hoodie 😊

Baking soda yes, I also sometimes cut a lemon in half and place in the refrigerator. You could try in the freezer too. 🌺🧡 Thank you for sharing, I am trying to reorganize my LARGE amount of nail polish. I immediately looked for your channel for idea's. GOD BLESS

Loved the Texas comment. 🤣 Born and raised Texan, but currently live in Colorado. My 68 year old mom has been without power and miserable. I feel so bad for Texas because they just aren’t used to that kind of cold/snow and then add in no power is awful. Also loved the Carl, you’re a serial killer. 🤣

Yep, texas was not ready for a blizzard. We can do hurricanes and triple digit heat but, we were without power for 30 plus hours(it was 16 degrees) and we had no water for a week!! Plus our homes are designed to keep us cool. Most houses don't hold the heat well to begin with.

Bless your heart. I have no idea what living with snow is like. I’m from the south and now in AZ and it’s been in the 70s and 80s the last few weeks. I watch so many people still wearing hoodies and cozy clothes and I am so very jealous.

Texas in the house! It is 1:24am and I have light freezing rain at 24 degrees Celsius. My yard is still packed with snow, more so front than back because of our fur babies but nevertheless still and potentially getting more Thursday. Other than the power and water issues I am loving it and missing Colorado even more as I lived there for 5 years and loved every minute of it.

egg organizers are great if you have neighbors with chickens! we purchased eggs at the beginning fo quarantine from locals and it was nice to have!

Use white vinegar diluted with water to get rid of the fridge smells, also use lemon juice diluted with water. Then go over once more with a wet rag if the smell is too strong but, it will mellow out and improve the fridge smells.

Unfortunately, the biggest problem here in Texas is so many people have been without power because our energy grids are just not prepared for this and our houses are not insulated for the cold like they are up north! Love you and love watching all your videos! ❤️

Aaahhh I've just reorganised my pantry and now I'm moving on to my entire kitchen and also painting and decorating it myself an hour or so a day after work - there's not much else to do haha!! I don't enjoy the process but I LOVE the result. Also, I'm English and was sat giggling away at your "jumper" comments haha. A jumper is just a sweater for us. Carl is the cutest serial killer I've ever seen lol

I have those organizers. Found the egg tray to be a pain in the butt so I put my eggs in one of the other clear trays and I love it. I can just reach in and grab a couple :).

Texan here, but born and raised in Maine! So yes, it's cold here but really the thing that has been the worst about this weather is the lack of power and water. I don't know one person down here that hasn't lost power. Typically its been an hour of power and an hour off! I can handle cold and snow, but our homes and infrastructure can't!
