I have a similar story to your wallet. I lost my car keys…and I needed to be at work. I searched every where I could think…even out side around the car, the trunk, the locks, inside the car and under the car 4x…when I couldn’t find them I prayed, “Lord I have lost my keys and cannot find them anywhere. Please make them appear by some miracle.” I went back outside to look around the car one more time and there they were sitting on the trunk of my car like someone placed them there. God is so good!

I am always surprised at how much I can force myself through, by just doing it in small chunks. All the windows in my house need washing and I've been putting it off for (ahem) months. Then I hit on the idea of doing just one window per day. Result! I have just one more window to do tomorrow and they're finished.

The timer set for 20 minutes in my granddaughters room, was a lifesaver with decluttering it!!! Sometimes I wanted to keep going, but it took the pressure off. ❤

I have a similar story. My husband's wedding band gets loose on him during the winter months. One evening he was playing basketball on our driveway with our kids when his wedding band flew off his finger. We searched the driveway, the yard around it, and the garage. We searched for over 2 hours before it got way too dark that even flashlights weren't helping. So that night we prayed that God would have the ring reappear. I was fine with ordering my husband a new wedding band but he insisted on finding his old one since it has sentential value. So the next day we go out to search the same grass area in our yard and there it was! Less than 10 minutes into looking.

Thanks to your channel I've been using the 10 min or 15 min etc better tactic. It reduces my anxiety so that I don't get overwhelmed. I also have mobility issues and it gets me to procrastinate that much more because I don't look forward to the pain 😢 Thank you for being awesome 😊❤

When my grandmother died years ago I inherited her wedding ring. My grandfather had it designed for her and it fit me perfectly ... I didn't even have to get it sized. I misplaced it and looked everywhere for it. I was so sad. I read an segment in Woman's World magazine where this lady was saying that we all have a guardian angel and we can ask them for help. After reading that I asked my guardian angel to please help me find my grandmother's ring. The very next day I walked in my house from work and saw something in the middle of the LR floor ... you guessed it...there was my grandmother's ring right there in the middle of the floor! I thanked my angel and I still wear the ring to this day!

I love the story about your wallet!! A few years ago, I was laying in my bed at night, felt my wedding ring, and realized the diamond was out of it. I sat on the side of my bed and prayed that the Lord would help me find my diamond. I grabbed a flashlight from my nightstand and walked from my bedroom into my girls, bedroom next-door, shining the light the whole way. I shined the light into their closet and found it immediately!! I had no idea when or where I had lost it! I truly believe that the Lord just led me to it! And it wasn’t that big of a diamond! Lol! 💎

We throw Christmas decorating parties. The guys take the kids and go shopping (with a list for who the kids are buying for) and the girls rearrange, hang up stuff etc while theyre gone. It helps with motivation, and the kids get their shopping done. It also is a great visit and multiple things get marked off the list of things to get done. Yes we do one house at a time so we move from house to house.

I let family and friends know I love them and hope they have a great Christmas, and I personally rest up as much as possible. This includes not watching much TV or KZfaq. Zoning out with music and just thinking is really peaceful!

Good job, you! My laundry limit is two a day. I often have the want to do a third but that's the one that sits either in the washer or the dryer.....so I stick with two. I know my limitations.🙃 Right now I'm desperately trying to finish the Christmas decorating because I would rather do the fun stuff like go to the tree farm with the grandkids or go to a seasonal music concert or bake with the hubby. The decorations are just a big chore to me. So it's like ripping off a bandaid, just do it.

I'm ahead of the game this year for once. My gifts are all bought and wrapped. The signs are prepped for a special bday and stocking stuffers are bought. I don't bake normally so I might do that with my extra chill time leading up to xmas. 🖤

You might be surprised. I have some FIFO can organizers that are just starting to break down the last year or so. I bought them in 2012. I'd say a dozen years is pretty good for some flat pack cardboard organizers.

When the kids were young, we delayed celebrating with my parents and siblings until New Years Eve. It worked really well and relieved a LOT of the holiday stress!!! It was like a second Christmas for the kids too!

I have a lost item story, but it wasn't my item, I'm a lunch lady at a school, i was cleaning tables after our breakfast was served, the kids had gone to class, when suddenly a little girl came running into the cafeteria crying, very upset, she had lost her brand new glasses, she had just gotten them the night before, so her first day at school with them. She was convinced she had accidentally thrown them away when she dumped her food tray into the trash. So, we both gloved up and went thru 4 trash cans, filled with all sorts of yuck. No glasses. We went back to her classroom and i had her bring me her coat and book bag, because we all know when we are panicking we can't see anything, i went thru everything, no glasses, i had already alerted our custodian not to remove the trash, because i was going to go back thru it. Also had checked the lost and found. She was sobbing at this point. I should also add that that these are elementary kids,so, shes 11 and was so afraid of getting into trouble knowing how much these glasses cost her sigle parent mommy. And I prayed, please God, let us find these glasses for this baby. And I'm not kidding you guys, she went back to her desk to replace her bag and there sitting on her desk top, were her glasses, in the case, waiting for her. I've never seen anything like it. The classroom was filled with the students and the teacher. Who has also been looking for the glasses, No one knows how they got there. It was a true gift. And i was so thankful I didn't have to go thru all those trash bins again! 😂

We have compromised to do Christmas with my family (Christmas Eve) and we have been doing Christmas Day at home for the last year or two. As much as I would love to have extra time, it is very nice to have Christmas Day at our own home as we travel to see family. We do Christmas with hubby's side around New Years. We ran ourselves ragged for many years trying to see all 3 sides of the family and we were tired, crabby and it was unenjoyable. I am thankful we have compromised, and it has made holidays more manageable. Hopefully we can go see family Saturday and Sunday before Christmas and I will get my feel of the family. I have great memories of spending time at my grandparents with my cousins, so I want my kids to have that time too.

Post holiday I go straight to the laundromat to use there giant machine to get ahead and get myself caught up

I think the Lord made it reappear! Miracle! Glad you didn't drop it. I went to set my purse down on a bench when I was nursing a baby at a conservatory we were visiting with family. I had forgotten it and whenever I went to realize that somebody had turned my person but it was after somebody had taken most of the cash out of it. In the cash I had in there was from my mom to cover a play I bought tickets for and my daughter's birthday money. They had left some smaller bills in there so at first I thought nothing was missing. I double checked again after I left and I was sad. At least they were a nice theif and didn't steal all my information and other things I had in there like some gift cards and tickets to an amusement park we were given for the following year. It made me sad though because you could tell it was a ripped up purse from someone who wasn't wealthy.... Maybe don't steal anything. But it could have been worse and I am guessing they were in a really bad place and hopefully got whatever help they needed.

I take a moment of appreciation when my counter is clutter free too 😅 and the top of my dog crate. It's a drop zone and drives me nuts

Fun esthetician opinion here. Its not really the makeup thats making you look amazing, that is prompting people to ask. Without your skin and face being beautiful + makeup skills, the makeup wouldn’t look as amazing. You could probably wear almost anything and it would look good, though you do pick nice shades.

Love the 5x5, but I tend to do 10 minutes so I hit 5 spaces in an hour..... although it is typically more like 10 minutes at the top of the hour, 10 minutes at the bottom of the hour, for 2 or 3 hours.

I’ve used Steph’s 5x5 speed clean timer video. I’m thinking I should do that today, since I’m mostly tidying up except for the dishes. (I’ve worked away from home a couple days and it’s a mess.) The timer gives me structure/plan to follow which keeps me on track. Otherwise, I get easily distracted or take a nap.

I have asked God to help me find things. And, they were under my nose the whole time. Or, like you said.. God puts it there. I celebrate Jesus's Birthday. Jesus is the only thing that gets me through Christmas time. I put up a tree and decorate it. At night I sit with only the tree lights on. Hubby and I don't buy presents. We may fix a meal and eat by candlelight. And my tree is down the day after Christmas. I sound pretty sad to be a Christian. But, let me say. Jesus is with me. It is my doings that make me sad and depressed. I really enjoyed the video. It was fun to see 10 mins can make a big difference.
