common misconception, Australia is in a bad position right now, but luckily the fires aren't affecting all of it a real problem is the pyrocumulonimbus clouds that are being created by the smoke not dissipating enough, they basically create thunderstorms without the rain which is just more and more fire spreading

Everything in Australia is so far apart! When I lived there it was 45 minutes to the nearest shop (or nearest human on a bad day) so you've got crazy guts and ideas!
