I would suggest you look for a place in an estate/complex which is 24 hour security manned The northern suburbs are regarded as much safer And also make sure it's close to the children's school, as traffic can be hectic in the mornings and afternoons, depending from which direction you drive But all the best with getting your perfect, safe house

Consider Pretoria to live. Such a great place to settle for family. Not as fast paced as Johannesburg.

A stand alone house in a safe neighborhood like Parkhurst, if you like the northern suburbs is a big YES, Gated communities have too many rules Lol, At your stand alone house you only pay municipal rates and a 24/7 security company, and you can have many visitors as you like, you can pray and shout inside and outside your house, no one will call security because you making noise or violating their religious beliefs!

African Americans, are missing out on beautiful houses in places like Centurion, Pretoria East. I guess Pretoria is more like Washongton DC, more government and academic, it could be that they dont find it appealing. Theres also affodable places like Roodepoort, Krugersdop, Joburg South, Alberton for those who want to retire comfortably without spending an arm and leg on buying a property. Hartbeespoort commonly called Harties, is also good for retirement. Beautiful and safe affordable houses, abundance freesh food, lots of nature, less traffic, excellent medical facilities, and a very tourity place. However, it depends on ones petsonality, life can be isolated here.

@@THEJONESFAMILYCHANNEL but I am specifically talking about those who want to retire comfortably, but cannot afford the high life of Joburg. There are alternative places other than, Johannesburg, where people could buy quality houses, and live quality life than what Johannesburg can offer.

You guys must also consider investing on some business, maybe real esate. Spending all the time is not sustainable. I would hate to see you running out of money. Seek advice from brother Asad, or find someone else you can trust, there are so many opportunities in Johannesburg. This comes from a good place, we are family🔥🔥🔥🇿🇦
