😂जमाना बीत गया, पुराना मॉडल देख कर ऐसी सिजाइनें 40 साल पहले बना चुके हैं,ऐसी दीवार किसी के घर में बनी हुई हो तो इतनी मिट्टी जम जाती हैं,साफ सफाई नही होता है,

Stairs are very nice. Step are comfortable to go up and down for every age. But I don't agree with yo fix stones on side wall specially when stones are not smooth like tiles or wall paper. Because if some slipped from stairs it is fear that these stones can give big damage to the person. You can be fixed wall paper of same design /patterns.

if it is "Yellow Sand Stone" from Jaislmer RAJASTHAN; then it is ok as Sand Stone is never slippery .. while the material You are talking about is always slippery and RISKY.. your comment is bit controversial. .

1500 फिट का प्लाट है। किरायदारों के हिसाब से घर बनाना है। हम बड्डे होने के कारण नीचे रहेगें लेकिन ऊपर किरायदारों के लिए बनाना है। घर का स्टकचर कैसा होगा। कृपया बताईए।

Ye karaya hai but iska issue ye hai ke... Ye stairs ke bich gap aup 5inch se jada nahi kar sakte aur stair ka patthar ka width bhi bada lena padta hai warna ek confusing and easy nahi lagta... Yes ye dekhne me kamal lagta hai aur Lights ke sath bohut khoobsurat... Just that ke isko Ek dam Slippery naa rakhe... Maine sensor use kiya hai steps ke sath 4 Stair upar 2 niche 2 ke lights hote hai jisse Room light ki jarurat nahi hoti Night me... And ye inverter se bhi connected hai... Aur wall pe same kiya hai par thoda Art bhi lagaya hai... Niche wala Space me wardrobe diya hai Cleaning ka... Aur baki ka jagah Khali... Dekhne me accha hai but thoda issue hai as niche se dikhta hai upar agar koi Skirt me ho to thoda ajeeb lagta hai... So pure back me maine designer Strokes ke sath chupa diya as Drawing room se sab ajeeb lagta tha 😅

Damn. I am doing exactly same cladding on stair walls in second home I am building on my lot in Los Angeles. That same stone on wall is costing me $12.50 a square foot material only. Probably $5.00 labor to set it and another dollar for adhesive to hold it. That’s 19 dollars a square foot.
