I love watching your videos so much! I'm still in medical school for now, but when I'm a bit older I just want to model my life like yours as a young professional. Although I think my style is very different (much more grandma-like) than yours. As a side note, I can't help but think that those egg cups would be a really cute way to serve an appetizer soup at a dinner party.

I'm glad that you like the new place! I do think you could use a few more paintings on the wall though... I tend to hang too much, but a picture over the banquet in the dining area or in the entry way could be nice.

At this point, I personally am turned off by condo and apartment living due to negative experiences with noisy and generally bad/disrespectful neighbors and have put that type of living behind me, but I like what you have done with your space in such a short time and it looks nice and also seems to have a nice view. One good thing about apartment living is the carefree lifestyle and not having to do outside maintenance and yard work (although some people enjoy that). Congratulations!

Gorgeous! My last apartment was 600 square feet. I made use of every inch too. I would love the sun room but I think in Phoenix it would get boiling hot in the summer. I can't wait to see the vanity all complete.

+Elle Florence I really like how the DIY desk looks as it is now. The solid slab of "marble" looks very chic. Markers with wood stain in them are available for a low cost and truly work wonders with scratched wood. Personally, I'd pursue that path to make any further modification to the vanity. Just a thought. Your space is definitely becoming a home now, given all the effort you've put into it. Also, it's funny to see so very many of the identical items in your home that are in mine, but they couldn't be styled at a more exact 180°. A few of other stores you might want to look at are: Restoration Hardware, Overstock, World Market, Smithsonian, and Room & Board. We have furniture and decor from all of them. Oh, and Posters. They all have great sites. Keep looking forward and please be well. 👍
