Hi Thankyou all for contacting us. As architects our design charge would be separate, 35 lakhs is the construction charge. To design a building we charge per square feet (sqft) and we can design any home under your budget. Thankyou, Hope this is helpful. Currently we are taking up only Home interiors and new home constructions and not undertaking renovation projects.

This house is in calicut, Kerala. It's constructed under architect's supervision and it's a green building. The materials and construction techniques used in this building are cost saving and we also used exposed finishes. Client is a contractor himself and he had done in 35 lakhs budget. Rates vary from state to state. Please take time and read about green buildings - it’s much cost effective and time saving. Thankyou.

Thankyou :) This site don’t have car access as entry road is narrow. Client has set up a parking area in adjacent plot. There is a common washroom/ powder room under staircase in ground floor which is not shown in the video. Thankyou 😊

Tell all inclusive cost .. i seen so many house sale videos in kerala.. all are include Site + Construction + interior ( some houses are not include with furniture ) .. in kerala we will get good houses with more site out side of the house with compound..

Site - It’s their own land since ages. I have mentioned construction cost with basic interiors whatever is in the video is 35 lakhs. Regarding furniture I have mentioned in the video - only new one which they got is sofa. Thankyou

AAC blocks are used now a days for apartments and office buildings, dont go for it for cost saving, There is long process in making of our traditional bricks by burning them and so on which gives longevity to the building.

Hi It depends on the clients preferences- Both bricks and AAC blocks have its own advantages and disadvantages. If the client is particular on budget to save money on material and labour then why not 😊 Well manufactured AAC blocks life span is more than 50 years.

Hi The price of the materials used in this building is relatively cost saving. I have pinned a comment, kindly do a read. There are many homes in Kerala which are done under 35 lakhs with very basic interiors.
