Good deal for 2 br basement for 1350 including utility and laundry. Homes are very expensive in Surrey/Delta and around. Min price for lot to build is 1 Million $ . Old homes ( 50 year old) are more than a million $.

The basement apartment is great for living... and the rent from 1300 to 1400 includes all utility bills.. like internet wi-fi, electricity bill, water bill and washing machine. I love all these facilities. Worth living.

Please don't write INR 85K Monthly rent, when you are earning in CAD. Earning more than 85 lakh INR equivalent, but comparing monthly rent in rupee makes no sense
