Hi! For your sourdough, King Arthur makes a gluten free bread flour! That’s what I use! I also used that to make my own starter. With the gluten free flour you just double up on the water when you’re “feeding” it. I’m on my fifth gluten-free loaf & it’s so much fun to make! It seems intimidating, but it’s actually really simple. I didn’t make a loaf for the longest time because I was scared! KA also has their sourdough recipe on the back of the bag 🩷

Loved this vlog. So sweet. I live a little south of Tampa and my allergies have been insane too. I stay on allergy meds year round. My husband and I tried to go to Popstroke a while back and the course was closed because a lady had a medical episode and drove straight from the mall parking lot through their fence and onto the course. It was wild! But they gave us coupons for a free visit so we need to go back!

Were you diagnosed by a doctor with Celiac's Disease? Unless you were, please don't say that you have it. Celiac's Disease is a debilitating condition that can actually be life-threatening if untreated and it must be formally diagnosed. It is not the same as having a gluten intolerance.
