To Make Oats Cutlet

Peas - 1/4 Cup

Onion - 1no.
Capsicum - 1/4 Cup
Carrot - 1 No.
Ginger
Green Chilli - 3 Nos
Coriander Leaves
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/2RC4fm4)
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/3b4yHyg)
Garam Masala - 1 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/2TPe8jd)
Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/2TPuOXW)
Amchur Powder - 1 Tsp (Buy: amzn.to/37kNpix)

Method:
Soak the chana dal for 1 hour
Pressure cook dal, potato and peas together
put them all in a bowl. Mix oats, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, grated carrots, ginger, salt and spice powder.
Mix them all well.
Prepare them into cutlet
Pour oil for shallow frying in a pan.

These oats cutlets also have a few vegetables and you can add whichever vegetable you like to this recipe. These cutlets are so much fun and kids would definitely love their crunchy texture on the outside. I have shallow fried these cutlets but you can also bake them or air fry them if you want even less oil on them. You can enjoy these cutlets with tomato ketchup or mint coriander chutney.
