Thank you so much for this recipe. Made it today and its amazing. Never been able to make a decent curry at home and can't get over how good it tastes. First of all Superb recipe !! There are a couple of variations if you would like to try. I slit the Bhendi halfway to slightly open them up, and Marinaded them in a slightly thick mix of Sarson ka Thel (Mustard oil), Ksuri methi, Chilli powder Turmeric and Saunf Powder (fennel seeds powder).
