This is a grow log of my tobacco that starts with transplanting and ends with stalks with no leaves on them...

Thank you for a great video:) reminds me of my grandpas garden in Ohio. I used to watch him work the beds all day long. He would set me on a stool and I wouldn't even move till we went inside for cucumber sandwiches at lunch time. I was captivated. It got me thinking. Now I'm 27 and have an 1/8 acre vegetable plot with more than enough work for... y'all know how it goes lol. Peace from Texas

ZaDe Pucklife I got all of my plants in the ground back in march and it seems like it's going to be another productive spring here in Texas!

Watch a few no dig garden clips on KZfaq. A large garden is little work. Mine is 10m x 15m and provides a good amount of my veg and I haven’t pulled a weed in 8 weeks. I walk around just looking for one. Layered no dig gardens are awesome and plants just burst out of the soil. I think I’m on my 15th layer in two years.

I quit smoking two years ago. Now i want to be a tobacco farmer for my self after looking videos like this. 😂 It's not my first time. I growth virginian ten years ago. Now i have seeds of eight different strains and lot space. Maybe hundreds plants next year. Whitch strains these are? Im gonna build small "smoke factory" also for my leaves. Just make some smoke with burning wood blogs with low temperature. Hope i get nice dark cigars and pipe tobacco some day. This year i have just virginian and N.rustica tobacco plants but i think its nice new start. Getting lot of leaves. And not going smoke every day again. Electric cigarette is enough..... I hope.😅

Loved the music you chose 😊 what is it? Also what kind of tobacco was that?

This video was a thing of pure beauty. Delightful music and a beautiful view. I really admire your work. I hope someday I'll have the space and time to grow my own tobacco.

When they say "fermentation" as in fermenting your tobacco how does that work or what exactly does it involve? I know in Cuba they use a process involving palm leaves.

Great music, great video!! I get about 25 ounces of tobacco a year - not much, I know, but it's a hobby and I have very limited space :) - I still have my 2014 tobacco, smells awesome but it doesn't burn! Any ideas on that?! How does yours turn out and do you smoke it as soon as possible?! All the best from Birmingham UK!

Thanks man - I've seen some stuff online that claims that nutrient deficiency whilst growing affects how it burns, and my 2014 stuff I didn't really take care of feeding... It seems like a plausible explanation - a lot of people report poor burning. It's amazing, considering how big of an industry tobacco is, how the only publicly accessible knowledge/science is that which is shared between 'hobbyist' growers!

Start to finish? What about drying them, destemming, shredding them?
@SquadBustersAustralia3 жыл бұрын
