like the features, setup was difficult for some of my devices (August Door lock, kzfaq.infoUgkxhB5YOMNj04GuoAosExygP4cH-dKeb4aB Bose speaker)... but all switches and outlets (5), thermostat, tankless water heater. Unfortunately all I can do is turn on/off Bose. It doesn't support volume or changing channels, but I believe that is due to the particular speaker I have.... Worth getting if you already have other devices to use it with... I don't sit around and ask Alexa questions much so that doesn't really matter to me....

Terrific for those who already have the system. What about us shmucks who don't know how a hue lighting system works? You may be surprised at the fact we do actually exist. I was just given one of these units and I haven't a clue what else I need to use it.

The bridge is not finding my hue lights. I have my light strips and nano leaf both plugged in a and its not picking up on either. What do I do. This is very frustrating.

i just bot one for $3, hoping it was a like a bridge repeater. It does not appear to be. It works, lights, gets an IP address and webpage, but nothing on it but infor. No xTrol. The PS works on other stuff. Maybe if I get a $1 bulb, I will buy it. Or eBay it for $20

When I brought the lights I honestly assumed all I would have to do is down load the app and I’m good. WRONG!!! When I was at Best Buy no one said anything about the sync box I guess they assumed I had one. Got the sync box just to find out I need the bridge. Hella annoyed at this point but hoping it’s going to be worth it when the bridge arrives tomorrow. Don’t be like me.. hue bridge/sync box/lights in that order = /

Yea these lights have a way of pissing you off. They require a bridge that you ha e to buy extra and dont realize till you get home. Then you do have to plug it into a router or a modem so just wifi wont work.

No cyan and pure green and blue. Fuck it, no improvement from the old version. shame on them. Chinese Cheap rgb inside. At least fir rhat price they could give customers real cyan blue and green. They havve a bullshit explanation that it safrices these cyan and so on colors to give better whites etc, what a load of crap as the lifx can just do every colors of the spectrum without sacrifing any color.
