My point is that there are numerous forms of intellect. It also equally as many forms of stupidity. Humans are not machines. We are all unique to some extent and individualistic. I think that's the point. the writers of this show have severe TDS and have a twisted caricature view of conservatism. Course most people knew that in the beginning, but it wasn't as bad as it is this season and was willing to be overlooked. But now, it's like the writers want to be so incredibly obvious about it because they want the viewer to know, that's who they don't like, all because the actor of homelander did such an incredible job, while still having charisma and even on a grotesque level, still has fans.

I mean, I'd argue that she isn't the dumb person. Emotionally/socially dumb, maybe, but she definitely saw the bigger picture and anticipated what would happen as per her plan. The problem though, was Homelander. Him with all his narcissism and ego, he couldn't just leave it all to Sage and wanted to take action as quick as possible. His actions are driven by emotion, not reason, unlike Sage. Sage was obviously the more intelligent person, but against Homelander she just couldn't do anything.

Nah, Stormfront was basically sister sage and Maeve and firecracker combined. She was manipulating him with her own agenda (which is what sister sage was probably doing) and also playing to his need for love and affection (which is what firecracker is doing) and he was also physically attracted to her (like he was to Maeve).
