Use the lower part as your place to put your things such as firewoods, etc. The upper part will be your everything including your kitchen but separated from your sleeping room, just put a divider. Why not just make a wooden house out of lumber , you could do a cement foundation by just leveling the dirt and sprinkling cement on it and water can sprinkle it with water for a smooth floor, and strong upright posts, make a real home .👍🏼
