Lagos, the commercial capital of Nigeria, attracts many people seeking a better life. However, not everyone can cope with the high cost of living, particularly the exorbitant rents. As a result, some people, like Godwin, end up sleeping rough. Join me as I share Godwin's story, who I met sleeping under a bridge.

Never the will of God for anyone to live under the bridge. There is God's will, but there must be a corresponding will of the human being that must also come into effect for that will of God to be made manifest. The young man needs direction.

I am speechless in regards to this. Life indeed is a mystery if not that Nigeria is a failed state I believe this will not happen. My candid advice is that he should keep looking into God. Don't give up no matter what because only the strong survive.

Why does he not start by selling spiritual items used in the church such as anointing oil? He can even go to the site of the current Ark construction and work there. What skill does he have apart from his paper qualification? In my own branch of Winners, the ushering unit (CCC) asked members of that unit who have building skills (electricals, plumbing, masonry, carpentry) etc to put down their names in a newly opened register so the church can patronize them for projects. The church is already doing its bit by engaging people to work on their sites, do repairs, etc. The problem is that many people are not skilled or they do not want to get their hands dirty. Winners is not a church that believes in giving handouts. Rather, they believe in empowering people by providing means of gainful means of livelihood. Go to the MFM Prayer City, or that of Redeemed. There is enough work on ground for those willing to earn a decent livelihood via the work of their hands.

Poverty has no tribe or region, let’s unite together and build this country, let’s help one another in any way we can, we should say no to selling our votes and supporting incompetent politicians because they’re from our tribe, look at those people in the video, they’re the real Nigerians😢

People often say the difference between Africa and the Americas is that Africa doesn't let people go homeless. It's sad to see Africa gollow the Americas in ways that are dysfunctional, instead of just sticking to following us in the ways that are functional.

@@user-yf2zm9eu4s 🎹🇳🇬As a man thinketh (or thinks) so he is ! You are how you think ! Obviously you have only been to the poorest places in Lagos because that is where your mindset can carry you ! Bros next time don't say what you don't know in public places ! People are no longer building houses in Lagos but they are building mansions. Thousands of people no longer build houses but they are building estates of many homes ! Thousands of people in Lagos own at least 50 to 100 houses ! The founding father of estates in Nigeria is Chief Okoya who started around the 80s or 90s to build estates and companies ! When you enter most of these estates in Lagos you won't believe you are in Nigeria ! Unfortunately people can't get into many of the estates without a pass or permissions, because that is where most of the high and mighty lives. There is almost no vehicle in this world you won't see in Lagos. You are your mindset. Lagos has the highest numbers of billionaires and millionaires. People are making it big time in Lagos. All you need is ask God for directions and help. And for your information America has far far more homeless people than Nigeria ! You need to be informed before doing a general statement in public places. I believe the person doing this video is out to destroy the image of Lagos. I have noticed few people like him in the last 2 months who passes all the beautiful places in Lagos and go looking for the dirtiest places to show the world so that they can stop people from coming to Lagos ! Sometimes they would pretend they are looking for house to rent and they would go to the poorest places to show the world. They forget that the seed they sow is what they will reap ! They don't know they are sowing a seed for their life ! I know these set of people doing this shaming of Lagos. Lagos is the land of blessings and great opportunities. I pray that those living abroad now won't waste their time and l pray that they don't die abroad. Most of those abroad are slaves because though they earn big salary but their system collects back so much from them, Abroad people can't have a good sleep or eat well and many black people are being killed abroad. So is that life ?
