I wish that they could have stayed with their parents after they were trapped, but it's wonderful that they're now safe from dangerous roads!

Lucy & Linus are a beautiful couple, thankyou for TNRing them. Hopefully they'll grow old safely together, without further stress & danger of multiple litters.

Thank you for rescuing the kittens and for TNR of the bonded adults. Nice that man will continue to feed the two adults. I hope they at least got a cat/ dog house to live in. It would be harsh for them to be left out in the elements all the time. Also, not that thrilled that they’re put back by a busy road. I know you’re all doing the best you can. Thank you. 💕🐈❤️

I love the tail dance of bonded feral cats. I wish they could be relocated to a secure area away from the busy roads but grateful the man will care for them.

I dearly hope mum and dad got to see their kittens looked after before they went back, so they wouldn't fret. Bonded pairs are amazing. Love how one was like "you do the food thing, let me check this out to make sure you're safe"

I love black cats a lot. This video really triggered my snuggle reflex. I'm so very glad the babies got to stay together and the mom and dad are together without having more babies in such an unsafe environment. The sound of that traffic made me nervous. And thank you to the kind man feeding Mom and Dad. Maybe they'll become less feral now they've been spayed and neutered? Yay for PAWS!

I don't think I've ever seen a family of two adult black cats and two black kittens before. It was good to hear the adults were released together. I hope the two kittens were adopted by the same people or at least have other cat(s) in the household.

We had a lovely young boy show up in our yard a few months ago. We thought he had to belong to someone because he was so friendly and sweet, but the more we got to know him we realized he was wild, maybe a farm cat or a community cat. We feed him, he likes our dogs finally and sometimes will come into the house if he knows he can leave if he wants. Scheduled an appointment to get him neutered, chipped and vaccinations next month. He has now also adopted our neighbor, who is an older lady, recently widowed. He visits with her now more than us, but that’s great, she loves the company. I would prefer he live in the house, because I worry (he seems to get beat up a lot which the neutering should help with) but it’s his choice and we are here if he needs us.

As a black cat lover (I have two mini panthers) I'm so glad that the kittens were adopted and that the two ferals would still be taken care of by the kind gentleman.

I got a little sad thinking that mama and papa missed their babies. BUT, I am glad they are all safe, healthy and will be cared for.

yesterday i rescued an animal for the first time ever, it is a black kitten too 🥺 it was night and shes really scared of people so it was hard but i did it and felt really proud, kept thinking of hope for paws. she's doing fine, eating well, drinking water and sleeping. soon she'll be comfortable around people, but i just wanted to share this story and say how inspiring your work is

No No!....do not separate those tiny kittens from their parents!!...look at their eyes...they were born recently and not ready to be separated from their parents' cats!....let me adopt all of them (parents and kittens) I grew up and raised the cats for years....

I'm sad that the babies could not remain with the parents, but I know that the feral parents would transfer their fear of humans to the babies and make adapting them to humans take longer. I'm happy the man who fed all of them will continue to feed the mom and dad. So happy the babies for a forever home. I love the videos with happy endings for all.

Wonderful that one family adopted both kittens. I remember my first two kittens, they were from my sister's cat. I got to know them from birth, and when it came time to choose which one I wanted, I couldn't do it, so I took both of them. The best cats ever.

Junior House Panthers (I have a Grand-Kitty who is a House Panther). Thank you for TNRing the parents (and the Vet probably vaccinated them too). Very happy they have a supporter who will look after them. Bless him. Glad the Kittens are headed to furever homes. The Streets are very tough on Cats and often deadly for Kittens. Thanks HFP.

Good for you getting them both together at the same time because they are so bonded!! I had a very bonded pair, too, in my feral colony but they bonded after the neutering and spaying so I didn't have to worry about that. And BLESS THAT NICE MAN for taking care of the pair outside! I LOVE hearing about other people doing this, too.

When I was a teenager, I was a junior volunteer at a cat shelter where I can interact and play with cats and I particularly have a soft spot for black cats. I was told by some of the older volunteers that black cats had a harder time getting adopted due to people believing that they’re bad luck. I thought it was absurd because whether cats have black fur, orange fur, white fur, striped fur, or no fur at all, they all deserve a home and if it were up to me, I would adopt a black cat myself.

I’m very happy they found homes and I’m thankful for the work that y’all do. I just can’t help but always feel terrible for the mama who doesn’t know what happened and will come home to find her babies gone forever. The pain anxiety if they must be unbearable. I don’t know why I think about these things and I know it’s for the best. It just makes me a bit sad .

Thank you for saving this beautiful family and placing the kittens together in a loving home. Only wish you could have saved the parents from a life on the streets, even though they will be fed by a kind person, they will live a stressful life on the streets with many dangers, diseases, and predators. Feral cats can acclimate to a domestic life and be very happy, as have our many rescues of feral cats. Just as dogs are never released back on the streets, equally cats should not live homeless either. There is no difference.

What a wonderful family of beautiful black cats! Thank you so much for rescuing, HFPs!! And so great that the circle of new kitties again and again could get stopped by spaying the parents. But I don't think this is a good place for the adulds, living so close to such a busy road. It's so dangerous, it would have been better to find another place for them!
