People do this volunteer work because it makes them feel like they count in this world. I see more and more lonely elderly people doing this. There is no worse feeling than believing the world wouldn't miss you if you suddenly just disappeared. If elderly people didn't do these good deeds some would have funerals with not one person attending. Seeing one person at your own funeral means you meant something to someone ❤.

The worst feeling and biggest regret that you can have in my opinion is the feeling that you threw your life away and now there’s nothing you can do about it.

Thank you for uploading videos like this. It hit me when that man said he regrets not spending time with his kids. Being a mother, things keep us busy and sometimes we don't get to spend quality time with kids, until we realize they are already big and have their own worlds too.
