When something is just meant to be, life has a way of making certain that we are in the right place at the right time for the spontaneous' to happen and from that point on everything seems to happen effortlessly as though you're on autopilot. It was meant to be! No one with a heart could leave her behind. Thank you for taking her in. I'm SURE she will enrich your life! She's adorable! My adult dogs always loved to welcome new pups. But, my rescued Cavachon doesn't like to share. I tried to adopt another one, and my little guy was SO unhappy. He seemed to feel like I was pushing him away for another dog. And the new pup was so energetic that my little guy was afraid to join in. It was the only time in my life of 70 years that I had to return a dog. It broke my heart, but I had made a commitment to my Cooper first. The shelter let me know that the pup I brought back was adopted into a happy home. Cooper is a senior now, and has health issues, which is hard on both of us. So, there is a new pup or two in my future. Until then, I’m spoiling Cooper and doing all I can to keep him pain free and happy.

My wife and I had a very similar experience about 5 years back. We noticed a yorkie mix running back and forth on a seawall behind our home on a july day, in the 90s, and he did this for hours. I got in my truck and went across to the other side of the waterway to check on him. He was so scared but I finally was able to get close enough to him so I could hold the little guy. We get in my truck and he just melted in my lap in front of an ac vent. We tried to find his owner with no luck. We took him to our vet and he was covered in fleas and he had worms really bad. He was not chipped so we decided to keep the little guy and he's the best dog.and a great addition to our 5 dog family. He is so attached to us that we have to even have to bring him to work with us, we are self-employed thank god. I love stories like this and you have done a wonderful thing; and you can bet your pup knows it. Animals are better than most humans and if you watch them you may just learn something about love and compassion. Thanks for sharing! Dr. Rick

Look at the love she has to give them and new brother Freddie!!!!! 🐕😙 And the love she will receive back!!!! 💞 I have a similar story!! My husband went to buy gas right before last Thanksgiving!!! He likes a particular brand so passed by several stations until he found it!!! When pulling up to pump he saw cat food sitting there!!! 🤔 It was on a busy 4 lane and out of the corner of his eye he saw a tiny tabby kitten almost get hit by a truck!!! 😓 He said if it came to him he was bringing it home!!! He called to him and the baby ran to him!!! 🐺💙 The attendant said it had been hanging around there!!! So we have a cat and he has brought so much joy to us!!! 💗 The dog wasn't real impressed but they are getting used to each other!!!! 🐶😕 We truly believe that God put my husband at that gas station!!!!! 💞 I pray Sandy and her family have many beautiful years together!!!! 🙏💕

A great story, currently I have 5 dogs, a British Husky, 3 Romanian, and 1 Spanish, so glad for a home, and enjoy every day, its a wonderful feeling, to take a shy scared dog, into a confident, out going love of life dog. happy memories to you and yours, enjoy every day with them, its very much worth it.

i saved my cat from a barn, 3 years later and now shes my best friend and offers me as much love and joy as anything else in my life. Ive driven over 6700 Km with her, flown over 10,000 Km first class, shes been on a Ferry with me, even a train lol. This story made me remember how blessed my cat and I are that we found each other. Just like the travellers and these dogs !
