Home delivery is also dirt cheap as there is no labour laws for the delivery riders. Takeout food in Australia is very expensive and we almost always cook at home when living in Melbourne, but sometimes eat at a restaurant with friends. However, while we are living in Bangkok we always order food deliveries from local restaurants because it is cheaper and much easier than cooking at home. From my perspective, governing the financial markets in China is an extremely difficult task because the average "investor" in China is a degenerate gambler. Whenever they start to reform the market a little bit, the people go into an insane feeding frenzy and push the market into a bubble. Gambling is a very serious problem in their culture with roots that go back generations. There's no easy fix.

Everyone I've seen on this channel show financial competence. You should pay attention to -when- they took out their mortgages and loans. They're all saying 2019. The Chinese economy was stable and growing in 2019. The CCP destroyed their own manufacturing industry with brutal lockdowns that lasted for years, and they scared off huge foreign investment with more recently passed anti-espionage legislation. Big corps like Tesla, Apple, Samsung, Nike, and Blackrock all got the hell out of there, moving their production to elsewhere in Asia. Plus, the housing market collapsed because it revolved around selling incomplete housing in large construction projects and reinvesting the capital into new projects which never get completed. This too has tanked the Chinese economy. Long story short - if you'd been listening to the situation - these people had faith in a (previously) stable economy but are now utterly screwed because everyone's income is well below what it was when jobs were available. To reach your level of financial competency, they'd also have to predict the impact of a global pandemic and the subsequent impacts on Chinese society.

lmao. It's really not hard to imagine a country's economy tanking and jobs disappearing after more than 2 years of lockdown that messed up their manufacturing. Combine that with their housing market collapsing. China has been falling apart since 2020. The real dumb thing the CCP did was pass poorly worded anti-espionage laws that could jail foreign investors. So what happened? Tesla, Apple, Samsung, Nike, and many other big corps got the heck out of China to other parts of Asia. This channel didn't invent these issues. The CCP brought it on themselves. The prosperous growth years since 2000 have come to a sharp end.

government corruption, corruption corruption, nepotism, just do your job and be quiet… the whole world is run by people willing to kill and steal.

The homeless are far better off here. Better off than their middle class even.
