Thanks for explaining slowly and with the camera zoomed in! I also have never done this before, and I was able to do it as I watched you! The only thing I'd suggest is that you change or clarify the part where you said you were turning the cartridge clockwise, when you were actually turning it counter-clockwise (from the view of the camera, underneath the cartridge). I got a problem with my trimmer, the line keeps on unwinding though i did it the right way. Does anybody know how to troubleshoot it?

It’s supposed to advance string when you release the throttle but it doesn’t, any solution???
