It's got to be going down because when you lay yourself vertical if that outlets facing up it's going to be blowing everything in your face

Back and down at about 45 degrees. It’s annoying loud. You don’t want it facing towards you at all. I learned from experience.

@smittyschainsaws - are you saying - take the same angle as he has it, turn it downward and have the opening the same direction as well?
