A professional beautician, make-up artist, and film producer by profession, Jenny Khurai is a source of inspiration and has won several accolades over the years. Jenny's name has become a household name and it'll be hard to find someone who hasn't heard his name.
But all journeys had to start somewhere. Growing up as a transgender was no mean feat in a state like ours where trans people are ridiculed and stigmatized by society for reasons they have no control over, facing hardships and rejections that we couldn't dare to comprehend. Despite all these, Jenny overcame societal shackles to be where he is today.
Society has become more open-minded and unbiased now than it used to be and trans-people have started to gain acceptance into society.
Jenny plans to build a transgender-only age-old home to provide shelter and comfort to elderly trans folks in the near future.
