First of all am very thankful to you all for giving me 14 mins from your valuable time . you know well I have made alot of incubators in my channel and have hatched thousands of eggs . but u have never made incubator having capacity more than 400+ . This time I have decided to made incubator for 600 eggs .
*Process
I simply bought wooden sheets from the near bzar . I cut off into 3 pieces having side 30height and 22 width . length is 4 feets almost . I made simple box having 2 partitions of 300 eggs in each . I made tray for eggs to keep eggs 🥚 🐣 up from low surface because eggs also need heat from inner side . I used 3 bulbs of 100 watts in each partition and 2 dc fans . I have used w1209 and M452 controller to control the temperature . temperature 🌡️🤒

6 bulbs of 100watts
6 holders .
4 DC 12v fans
nails
w1209 controller
M452 controller
2 12v adopters
metal net
I have mentioned all the material required used in this incubator . it's too cheap and having excellent results .

For Hatching Eggs In Incubator We Need To Maintain Temperature In Incubator 37°C - 39°C And Humidity 50% - 65 % .....For Better Results .Turn The Eggs Daily 3-4 Times Till First 18 Days Of Incubation....After 18 Days Stop Turning Eggs And Increase Humidity To 65% - 80% Chicks Will Comes Out Of The Eggs (Hatch) Between 19-24 Days.........All The Best....Hope You Enjoy This Video
