DIY Steel frame
Engine: VW1.9TDI 90hp/200Nm
Gearbox: VW MK1 010 Automatic gearbox
Axles: BMW E34 2,65 ratio
Hubs: VW Golf III
Suspension: VW Golf III
Hydraulic power steering
Tyres: SIAMES 7,5-R15 (29,5")
Weight: Around 400kg

Donor-you mean on engine? That engine is that? From which car . If you want to buy for 1k€ quad for adult you can buy only some chinese product, so this is basicly sheap and good.

@@vukbiga007 Car was VW Passat B3, i took engine with gearbox(later change to automatic), front suspension, driveshafts and hubs. Engine is 1.9TDI 1Z with mechanical injection pump.

The time, effort and ingenuity that goes into something like this, u bet he was smiling ear to ear on that first drive. Be the ultimate atv recovery vehicle, hell probably pull most jeeps out of the woods.

@@TheAssaultScar speed won't kill the diff, only high speed turns on asphalt will do that.

i don't think that would possible because of double reduction from front wheel drive gearbox with diff to the diffs in the front and back axle plus larger wheels it should be at least half of the top speed of the car from which the gear box came

Engine is from FWD car. Diff in gearbox welded.

@N N liceimam snimke ali nisu na yt jos, tek sam napravio i usavrsavam ga, kod mene se sjajno pokazao, diferencijal zadnji je zavaren i medjumostovski tako da nema problema tipa da treba blokada dif i tako to, blokiran je za vjecno 😊

@N N lice ma druze koje osovine sta je ga osovinu od 35mm da trpi sto je zavaren pusti to, on nikakav teret nema kod mene je od juga motor to je lako, nema tu neki teret i on je vise za vozanje u kjesecu 5h necu ga npr svaki dan da vozim pa da sr plasim da otkine, a i da nesto otkine nema veze jer napravio sam njega od nista a kamo li to 😁

@N N lice dif su od mecke 3.23 omjer a imam i dva jos greskom uzeta jedan je od c klase 3.91 a druge 124 3.64 omjer i prodao bih to po 30e ako treba nekome Bice snimak kad sve zavrsim hocu lim okolo da radim i sve zatvorim ovako je ruzan samo cijevi jbg A jasno je to da je najbolje da se blokira rucno kad ti treba ali imas druze traktore sumske zglobne koji su non stop pod teretom ukupno po 20 tona i vise i nemaju u dif trkace nego sve direktno ide i nikad to nije slomio niko

@N N lice trebas koristiti kvacilo pri prizemljavanju da rasteretis transmisiju od vuce, ali sve su to sekunde i jbg A ja sam trazio automatik za ovo i nisam nasao, ako budem sledeci pravio ide dizel motor od golfa 2 i bice samo za vozanje ovako pa putu i malo kroz sumu bez offroad-a Nisam za pretjerani neki off i to Meni nije tezina problem, jer hocu i prikolicj da zakacim nekad pa nek ima i on masu da to nosi Ali ovaj kvad sto je pravio taj lik mi se svidja dobar je i jak a i skrojena konstrukcija
