Homemade Apple Pie With Glossy Top Crust - Steam Oven Apple Pie - American Pie.
Ingredients/supplies:
7 apples
1.5 c sugar
1/4 c flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. lemon juice
9 inch deep dish pie plate
1 - 2 pack of ready made crusts
CSO - wire rack level 2 - Auto Steam Bake Mode - 440 degrees for 30 min - then rotate pie - 400 degrees for 20 min
Let pie cool for at least 45 min before serving.
