The tough part is the number of herbs they put in there. The real traditional ones have more than 20 different herbs that are usually collected from mountains. The ones you will see in markets like this usually have far fewer herbs.

Turkish food is tasty. I've never had it in Turkey though, I've only been to Turkish restaurants in America. The Turks have told me that the food prepared in Turkey is better than the food prepared in the United States because the ingredients are better and more fresh in Turkey. I wouldn't know because I've never been to Turkey in my life. It would be interesting to see.
