I would use an lm386. Cheap and you can adjust volume and gain

Not sure, the circuit says to use 5V, so it's probably not a good idea, it may fry the circuit.@@lalithwolverine1692

Not sure, if you could find out how much current the circuit uses, you could calculate how long the battery would last. But calculating it is long, so I'd ask AI to do it for you.@@lalithwolverine1692

Its better than mine sometimes. I have good old german soldering iron but when it gets too hot for too long it turns off for a while and i have to wait until it heat again

It works great. Only downs is the transistor gets warm and when the lower frequency’s hit it distorts massively. But at low volume it doesn’t distort. Hope this helps 😊

No because 8550 is a pnp transistor, you need to use an npn transistor like 2n2222
