Hey Ross, great easy setup. Would be keen to see a vid going over what you had to do to your roof rack to make it work, like adding rollers and how your lock it down. Cheers

Hi Dizzy, Sorry we haven't got back to you for awhile!! I don't use rollers I use teflon sikids. Gunnels on bow of boat lock under C channel on front of roof rack & then secure back of the boat with turn buckles. I remember loading my dads 12ft boat on a roller system, and if you weren't six foot tall and strong you weren't going fishing. Love the trailer mate, and the use of the winch to load and unload is great use of what you've already got. As an ex army engineer, I'm impressed. One of the sayings we had was " improvise and over come ", and bloke you've done that. Cheers

Great vid mate! Trailer and boat loading/unloading works a treat. looking to set up the 100 series and van with the exact same set up so this helps alot. Cheers !

Yep you do get what you pay for and who you get to do it. I've had this setup for 4 years now and never had a problem yet. I don't know what you payed for your set up but if your happy with it then stick with it.
